Yes we can supply Tension Adjustable posture slat bases to put into your existing bed.
This unit can just sit on top of your existing slats or just replace your original slats completely.
This can make a huge differcnce to your comfort level as these slats move with your body whereas solid slat have no give and can be quite uncomfortable.
Today's consumers demand both luxury and practicality in their purchases, and this is why Posture Slat Bed Bases (Also know as Euro Slats) have become the product of choice for informed buyers, and is sending the old "Ensemble Base design" to the rubbish bin. We use this design for our electric adjustable beds, to complement our memory foam mattresses.
Posture slat bases have been the bedding base of choice for people in Europe and USA for years, and have now overtaken sales of "ensemble bases" in Australia as they have numerous health and comfort benefits over the more traditional ensemble look.
Most people keep their bases for 10 to 20 years and over this time the ensemble base can become a haven for house dust mites and numerous insects because there is hardly any air flow through it and it is dark which is a great attraction for all types of nasties. Posture Slats however, allow constant airflow are easy to clean and keep both traditional & memory foam mattresses cooler and cleaner.
Our Slat Base beds are made
in our workshop and can be upholstered or stained in the colour of your choice.
We use the best laminated beech slat system, these slats can last a life time.
We make with separate holders for each slat (as opposed to the cheaper construction
of just a ribbon holding the slats in) also the centre cross slats are manually
adjustable by simply moving the rubber glides to adjust the slats to your
comfort level.
This means that each partner can individually have their
own comfort level.
Options include headboard and/or foot end, and we can also make the height from floor different sizes on request. The other advantage is that we deliver as a flat pack and this takes just 15 minutes to assemble but makes getting the bed into your bedroom and around you home so much easier. If you have the King Size this also allows the unit once assembled, to be in one piece instead of the very average looking "2 separate base" look that most retailers sell with King Beds. We can also create electric adjustable beds ideal for those with health issues or for the ultimate luxury.
